You agree that any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state of Georgia, and shall be resolved exclusively in the courts in Fulton County, Georgia, applying Georgia law, to the exclusion of all other courts of any jurisdiction in any other state or country. You agree to waive any objections as to personal jurisdiction or venue and as to any claimed inconvenience of the chosen forum.

You agree that this Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
